Returns & Exchanges
- Dirty Saints have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after first receiving your item to request a return.
- If for any reason your return is accepted, you can return the items using our Hero packaging mailer with the second adhesive strip for a second use.
- All customers are responsible for the cost of returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unwashed, with tags and the hygiene sticker and in its original Dirty Saints pouch. Failing to meet this criteria, the return will not be accepted
- For hygiene reasons, we advise you to try on the swimwear over another garment / underwear.
- Any odour from the intact hygiene strip can cause the return to be invalid and the item will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
Received faulty item?
- Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
- For any faulty items, please include images and a full description where possible for the Dirty Saints team to assess.
- We will notify you once we have inspected your return request and if you are approved for the return, store credit or a refund will be issued.
Received the wrong size?
- To avoid any wrong sizes, please choose your items carefully from the size charts provided. If you need any help with sizing, you can contact us at email@example.com.
- For any change of mind or size change, we only offer store credit.
- Please ensure the items are unworn and with tags prior to returning.
- ALL sale and promotional items over 25% are final. This means, we do not offer refunds and exchanges for store credits unless the items are deemed faulty.
Updating your order
- If you would like to update your order to change size, style or item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that to exchange items, the product replacement must be in stock and must be of equal value.
- Updating your order is only possible before the items have been sent, as if your order has already been dispatched then unfortunately, we have no way of changing or updating it.
